The image quality from the latest digital presses is so good that you would find it extremely difficult to tell if the job had been printed conventionally or digitally. Many photographic images can appear crisper and have a greater colour-depth on the digital press. The conventional full colour lithographic printing process is better suited to large print runs as it has high costs to absorb at the pre-press and set up stages of production, thus making it uneconomic for smaller quantities. The digital press is able to produce printed sheets immediately, to print on both sides of the paper at the same time and to collate multi-page documents as it runs. It has no set up costs and the resulting prints are dry and can be handled and finished immediately. Thus, instant quality printing in short runs has at last become a viable choice. Digital print allows you to personalise your work: As the digital process is electronic, information from a database can be merged into the graphic file to produce individually addressed marketing communications with names, addresses and images varying on each sheet. This opens up endless opportunities for a company to communicate with its customers in an entirely new and personal way. |

We can guillotine, score, fold, crease, number, perforate, drill/punch holes, bind (wire, comb, saddle-stitched and perfect bound), cut, glue, paste and laminate (both gloss or matt finish) and collate… and all under the one roof! We understand how important your print work is to you and so, by keeping our finishing services in-house, we are able to save you considerable time, money and peace of mind by not having to delay your work by sending it out to a secondary trade supplier, as happens with most print houses. |
